Scott admitted in a previous IR reply on ceo.ca a while ago that onboarding is slower to perform remotely than when they can go at the physcian's office and educate all the staff and patients at once.

The onboarding being slower implies revenue growth will still be slower short-mid term, As long as the clients themselves are okay with slower onboarding and don't switch to another provider because of that, I think we're good.

The hard thing for a company is to have a product people want to buy. If people want the product and Reliq can't keep up with demand by onboarding fast enough, this is not a big problem for me. If the lack of revenue is caused by the fact nobody wants IUgo Care, that's another problem.
