Barring the mandatory quarterly update in August, we have gone over 2 months without any news from VIVO. Barring the mandatory quarterly review, there have been no updates for 2 months!! No wonder there is no shareholder interest! Debentures are due in 13 weeks and is shareholders have been given absolutely NO GUIDANCE on their plans to repay. 

great company fundamentals but absolute worst when it comes to creating shareholder value
