RE:RE:Still no money from Metalstream...DSX Asia is the tokenisation platform used by MetalStream to issue MSGLD tokens and conduct the private placement of these tokens. DSX Asia's platform allows for the tokenisation of an asset, management of the tokens and holders, offering to the primary market, and secondary market trading.
This platform uses Tokeny's T-REX and OnchainID protocols and services for tokenisation and servicing. DSX Asia has an exclusive license for Tokeny products across Asia. Secondary market trading is enabled by HydraX, whom DSX Asia recently invested into.
DSX Asia's vision is a connected eco-system of domestically licensed entities across Asia, that share a common platform, listings, and liquidity. DSX Asia aggregates listings from exchanges offering specific assets, including equities, precious metals, fixed income, carbon credits, and funds. DSX Asia will also offer the regulated services underlying these token issuances and offerings, such as custody and investment banking.
In order to scale quickly, DSX Asia has a strategy of investment into and acquisition of existing players in the market, which are either located in a key jurisdictions or offering a key service.
DSX Asia is registered in Labuan, with offices in Kuala Lumpur. In the next few months, DSX Asia will be opening offices in SIngapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, and Japan. DSX Asia are also opening an office in New Zealand, in line with a recent acquisition.
MSGLD will be offered to the general public in an offering end of October, then subsequently listed on DSX Asia when the exchange launches to the public at the end of the year. Metalstream plans to continue issuance of MSGLD to the market, at the market price, on delivery of gold from suppliers it has forward purchase agreements with, including Altamira. Note that the recently concluded private placement of MSGLD, and the public offering, are not reliant on any delivery from suppliers. These issuances are backed by bullion derived from MetalStream's trading activities.
MetalStream also intends to issue tokens backed by and redeemable for Platinum, Palladium, Rhodium, Silver, and a basket of precious metals.
