RE:RE:RE:When BAM is running things ....I respectfully disagree to your perceived valuation of BPY. None of us have ever seen a phenomenon that just happened to the REIT sector. Low borrowing rates, none existent treasury yield and depreciating US dollar is one in a lifetime opportunity for REITs. I am not singled out BPY . This opportunity exist for all but Brookfield due to their substantial liquidity can profit loading up cheap assets. Make no mistake. This temporary discount won't exist long. Yield starved Investors has nowhere to turn except REITs. Asset values will skyrocket from next year forward. Just take a good look of the latest BPY purchases. Distribution and logistic centers in Miami, substantial investment in India, JCP deal. All was way below current market price. Once asset value for return to normal our NAV discount will disappear.
