Sounds like you're serious and that your a local. Did you hear it from a good source and are you believing it?

Well, given the news release to the loyals, what was "heard" was sort of close -- but close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.

What appears to have been heard was

"I hear they are [submitting] their
