Edda (European group) offer $300M with bank proof provided, with possibility to $500M. Private placement of 77%, apply to get back on TSX. -- Definite dilution, with rightful owners of the company included. Hopefully a shareholders rights offering. -- Uphill battle, Judge Gouin acceptance of Edda offer received after legal SISP deadline which was June 30th extended to July 10th.
