I don't think Greg was misleading - yes - there were delays. The permit submission is a matter of public record - so it did happen on Sep. 14th.   

I am pretty positive on gold given the it strength.  It didn't rise then crash like it did last time.  Any the world is F**kup that it should keep gold high.
