QuestionNexoptic is on the Dow at .76/share. The share price never goes below .70/share. I've seen the share price at 1.14/share with very little news. Investors on line ie. the volume is only 40K whereas Nvidia has a volume of 11m. Nexoptic has in in-house stock ownership of 30%. New compainies average between 1 and 5% ownership in house. To me this means the insiders (in-house owners) won't sell their shares. Why would that be? Does someone have a different thought on this overview of facts?
