those scavengers of CDPQ may be ound out that they can not play with Alstom, so they will get out,

previously, Quebec Government, IQ and CDPQ were bragging about being part owner (34%) of Alstom

but no no, this is France company, they know what the caise has done to bbd, (i guess)

so they do not want traiters like cdpq on board
