RE:RE:RE:RE:Virtual AI dealersI was thinking AI holograms or software adds value to a company - no employees going on strike or calling in sick with hangover or covid LOL. Anyway, I'm sure this will happen some time in the future, but for now I appreciate the enlightenment. Cheers and GLTA.

re: Disruption - There is really only one big player in the space: Evolution Gaming. Go to Bet365, Pinnacle, 888, any of them and you'll see they are using Evolution's technology. Live dealer technology itself isn't anything new but as a result theres been no innovation. Same old Eastern European woman dealing cards and saying hello to players.
Playgon - they claim to have a faster technology optimized for mobile, a better atmosphere (giving everything a luxury feel) to entice players and are going after more select markets it seems. In my opinion, online websites are offering both Evolution and Playgon side by side and seeing where the players end up.
This really is a case of Playgon simply having the better mouse trap.
