They must be pre IPO, Legion metal, or selling at a loss? I haven't seen them, Velocity brokerage, until today. Unless they bought really early in the IPO but why didn't they flip at .80 cents or at .70 cents, etc...today seems strange to want to sell now, unless somebody really is hard up for cash?
