If you're in the lawsuit, you should hope it has tons of value.

I do believe, maybe incorrectly, that there was a deal on the table for 4050 in summer of 2018, I believe Managment wanted too much as there was clear evidence of big pharma being in Montreal. With efficacy in 5 organs and increasing dose to double, there may be something to 4050 but why did they wait 5 years to do an increased dosage trial. Oh wait, I know. The gorilla in the room agreed to fund as far as possible all the way, PL believed and said no to any deal other than $B to partner 4050, it failed and the gorilla called their loan. But I do still believe in the science or they would have rolled this up long ago with a tax write off without a sideways glance.

As said, I think Galbraith makes far too many shares for a huge loss, little revenue company and maybe it is to buy his silence on what really happened in 2017-19 as Stockman says. Heck, PL could have a Swiss bank account now as well.

The other thing that just makes you wonder is the spikes to $19, $22 & $32US in last 8 months. Must be same house selling to themselves. Who else would buy at $32 after a triple on same day?
