RE:RE:RE:RE:CPPIBMy view is that they will (and they need to) make an acquistion.  The market and investors have been telling the market that the ~20-35kpbd producer is too small to be relevant.

Torc have the ability to make a very accretive merger to grow inorganically, hence attracing net new investors to push equity up.
