I don't know enough about the various neighborhood the Choom and Faf stores are located, but that will play a HUGE role in the traffic they receive and the revenue they generate.

One can only hope that locations and market research into expected traffic would have been conducted.

There is potential for reasonable news, but would be nice to know what they will do with their funds.
