Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Of course Davey blew another one stealth. And quietly slipped out of the building. He bragged Genoil was teed up to be a first mover on IMO 2020 as far back as 2016, "the best year in Genoil's history".

On April 4/2019 Davey "said he would expect Genoil to be in a position announce a major supply deal with a shipping client in six to 12 months' time." (sic)

What's the man's word worth? Less than the current PPS.
