Clearly you are a small investor who is “out of the loop” (if you even ARE an investor!). Nothing wrong with that, bioteck, it just places your comments where they belong.
Your lack of information does not bother anyone, and your affirmations, as always, are unsubstantiated. Matthews is superfluous, and as everyone knows, this is a non-brokered deal.
