Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Yep....I get nervous when I see both executive compensation & sp moving in opposite directions by 50% YTD, or when your CFO's compensation accounts for 2% of the company's MC...All the while we have little yet to show in a single, blundered Ph 2 in slo-mo with our sp now testing another low.

Certainly not invested b/o mgmt, the PDT or LLLT, but hats off to our superstar contract with Sherri & our compound-based IP.  Sherri's work has opened the door to partnership opportunities & expecting more to come.  I applaud Sherri's science, but she must be kicking herself for giving up so much to TLT...fortunately for me ; ).  Just happy she didn't stumble upon Roswell first.  TLT would be no longer...
