RE:Brad Churchill rants on social media again, deletes postsHe's talking about no share dilution being in the contract, and then says that he issued shares in lieu of options N owed Choklat, and that now he's sitting on 56% ownership, and even with the loan he owes N he will retain full control. I was talking before about how Choklat could issue more shares so N doesn't get majority control. Apparently Choklat agreed not to do that, but then worked around it. Something for lawyers to sort out in court. We shall see how this all plays out in due time.
