Vanstar Mining’s Nelligan gold project joint venture with IAMGOLD (25% VSR/75% IMG), located 60 kilometres SW of Chibougamau, Quebec. Vanstar retains 25% undivided non-contributory carried interest until commercial production. Nelligan is one of Quebec’s largest gold projects containing approximately 5.6 Moz of gold. Vanstar has signed an LOI with IAMGOLD to acquire a 75% interest in their Bousquet-Odyno property. The project is 6km from IAMGOLD’S Westwood mine.

RE:monster lakeInformative post Garland.   We definately should be "next" but at what price is the question.
Again just reading the tea leaves,  the motivation for an offer IMO,  will be the summers drill 
results.  If they confirm what we already know about VSR,  I would speculate seeing an offer
around years end.  IMG would not want to drill anymore for fear of driving their price up.  They
may announce further drilling but it could be just an exercise in foot dragging.

This is where the power of the new BOD in conjuction with PG needs to come full force with
alternative options and create more interest in this deal.   Other potential buyers would create
the necessary competition as well as a resounding flat out no vote for any low ball offer.  It is going to get very interesting for sure.   I still believe current mgmt and PG will extract a good price
in the end but patience is going to be required if you want max value.  As far as IMG shares,
I don't care how I get paid as long as the price is right.
