Morning! Hole #3, DDH10 on the map, is at 105m as of shift change this morning. This hole will drill at least 400m, undercutting historic results, looking for depth extension.
On another note SURIMEAU - I appreciate everyone is waiting for news, in my way I am also - we JUST got results back from the lab this week, we are integrating those into what we know and will have to produce maps to illustrate the results, there is other work which is ongoing at the same time. As soon as there is something everyone agrees on we will put out a release.
You will recall that Surimeau is the consolidation of 4 historic mineralization occurrences, most developed on the Victoria West portion of the property which Lac Minerals drilled. Our surface sampling program focussed on Victoria, visited Colonie (East) and LaLaonde (North), as well as prospecting for outcrop on portions of the 18 kms between Victoria and Conlonie. The 4 historic showings(Victoria, Colonie, LaLonde and Surimeau), with publicly filed data, consist of Nickel, Zinc, Copper and some Gold numbers over various programs by various operators. We consider the historical data illustrative of the potential of this very large property, encompassing two magnetic anomaly features, co-incident with the historic mineralization, with each feature >20km in length, and largely untested historically or by Renforth, largely due to a lack of outcrop.
Stay tuned.
