In line with the sector CAGR, I see Vivo increasing revenue yet again....this should be no surprise. If they achieve roughly 12.8M net revenue in Q3 this would break even given a corporate expense of 3.6M like was seen in Q2. The 0.6 loss on international business is modest and should be less in Q3 as they record sales from the Australian market that only started in Q2. All this being said, a company that generates positive earnings and is backed by a strong corporate revolving line of credit is always viewed as a positive by shareholders since the debt instrument is one that is used only to assist cashflows and assures liquidity and is NOT considered long term debt. Cheers, Schaff
