I am not going to post what I know but I find it odd that you would waste your time posting to warn the longs who know the people involved here, especially if you have no interest and don't believe in the stock moving forward.

By the way you can't do a 100 million placement at a dime when the stock is 28 cents. You can go to the exchange web site and review the rules for private placements. 

The longs are so worried they are selling, lmao

Just because the stock isn't behaving like you want it to you shouldn't get mad, just move on to a stock you do like. You can make a lot of money following the herd, or you can slowly graze where you know the herd will be tomorrow.
