Expected write-down

Expected write-downloss of $2 bollion when earnings are announced Tuesday...

Why would you buy this stock before earnings????

A word of caution: Bullish news on earnings. Stocks often Gap up. We see FOMO and irrational exuberance...

A word of caution: Bearish news on earnings, such as lower than expected earnings, share delution, write-down, which is essentially a loss, and the stock tanks on the day of earnings. Then bounces, then drops again...

You see this pattern all the time...

Think in terms of risk/reward...Do you want to buy in before you know??? which is a huge $@" gamble, like playing the slot machine at the Casino...

Or do you want to wait until you know the news, and then buy, when the risk is much lower????

And, why would you buy ACB when its share price is tanking, leading up to earnings????

Another guideline: "Buy on rumour, sell on news."

Wait until after earnings beforr buying ACB, the risk of losing your cash will be much lower!!!
