RE:RE:RE:How low can it go?

RE:RE:RE:How low can it go?Potential view on value using their September 14, 2020 Corporate Presentation numbers:
  • 1P reserves of 335 MMboe valued at $5 boe in the ground = $1.675B less net debt of $0.81B = $.865B / 132MM shares = $6.55 share
  • Forecast production of 65,000 boepd X $20K boepd = $1.3B less net debt of $0.81B =  $.49B / 132MM shares = $3.71 share
  • Netbacks assumed of $16.00 boe (from their Sept 14, 2020 News Release; $28.00 boe forecast less $12.00 OPEX so ~ $1.040MM /day CF X 365 = $379.6 MM (annual CF before CAPEX)  X 4 = $1.518MM less net debt of $0.81B = $.708B / 132 MM shares = $5.36 share
  • Add back undeveloped land value, plus Strath potential settlement, plus investments in other entities all of which should offset any LT abandonment costs and G&A
Looks inexpensive, IMO.
