Cheers, it's the third I've sent to Pallinghurst without a single reply. I've even requested how I can go about lodging an official complaint via their social and corporate governance procedures, again no response. In addition I have also indicated, that in my opinion they are in breach of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) which they are a signatory, and surprise surprise - no response.

Next letters will be follow up complaints to the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK Ombudsman and the UN PRI.

Why should we make things easy for them, they are in the process of trying to rip the ordinary punter off, and me personally to the tune of £130k (220k CAD).... ;-[
