RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:When BAM is running things ....Could not have said  better myself.  In one of the confernce calls they alluded to other levers which included potential privatization.  This has been mentioned in a few research reports I have read as well and logically it makes sense to keep buying as much as they can from impatient investors and redistribute to patient investors which enjoy a bigger piece of the pie.  For now they quietly pick away at all the cheap shares they can buy into year end.  Margin calls form the general market selloff work in BPY's  favour as desperate investors look to sell anythign to raise money.  This game has been going on for years.  Don't sell too early as the reward is likely around the corner.
