But still, even in this sort of dastardly affair, Lorne ends up with millions of extra shares. Sure, but unless he can sell them, they are worthless.
So again, what I don't get is, why play around the edges with 0.05$ vs 0.035$
If they can actually make the company successful we will go to 0.2, 0.5, 1$... higher?
What is the use of having 8 million shares at 0.04$ it's peanuts.
I just don't get why they would break any laws for a few thousand bucks when they make the company successful and get millions.
