Very frustrating. Shares have broken down technically, and are now trading (testing) the $1.75 low last reached the week of March 30 2020. Let's hope it holds.

Last time this touched $1.75 we saw a price bounce over 10 weeks that took the shares back up to $3.13 by early June, a 79% move off the low.

I suspect company insiders may be in a blackout period, and if so that may explain why so mum and also may explain why the company may not be able to purchase shares under their NCIB.

Blackout periods are legally-mandated timeframes when any corporate insider is forbidden to trade in the company's securities. ... Quarterly blackout periods apply to all insiders and employees of a company during periods when financial statements are being prepared but have not yet been publicly disclosed.
