1) How much is recurring..theyve demonstrated 80%+ recurring and growing so this one is beat down
2) Growth Rate-they've only been in their reorganized/refocussed saas format for less than a year..a quarter or two more of consistent 15%+ sequential rev growth is required before it checks teh shopify valuation trajectory box...thats what analysts are waiting for...the recent signups like NHS should easily provide the growth rate, just a question of how fast they can be integrated
