RE:Can someone explain why this stock is so undervalued I don't think you're missing anything. The deal in my opinion was fantastic as it leaves the company with lots of cash to execute more deals and strengthened the relationship with Newmont. Obviously it diluted sharecount but to a strategic shareholder with shares that will not be traded openly.

It remains extremely well positioned for the future and I have been adding here. Although in this market and just the way this stock trades historically, I am saving some cash if this goes lower to low 6's.
