Rumor: Zenabis Q3 earnings inadvertently leaked - halt watch News Pending: Depending on Zenabis verifying the extent of a possible Q3/2020 earnings leak, the Company may or may not request trading of ZENA be halted during the trading day Sep 23 while they release material news, i.e. Q3 earnings guidance. When the stock reopens, the market will react to the news. ZENA investors shouldn't be rattled by a halt in the middle of the day as any guidance on Q3 will be strong and exceeding expectations. The company shipped 4700 kg of cannabis in the first two months of Q3/2020, an increase of 20% over entire Q2/2020. Zenabis expects that September international shipments of non-GMP cannabis to be 600 kg. Zenabis Atholville remains in steady state production, with August harvest volumes 2.7% above design capacity. Zenabis completed its first export shipment to Australia in August.
So - to recap
Zena issued a Corporate Update 8 days ago that included Q3 guidance - whcih you repeated above.
Now, you've heard (through a leak I guess) that there may be a possible leak about possible Q3 guidance that wasn't confidential when Zena released it a week ago, but is now - and it could possibly be so damaging or beneficial to the company that they might possibly request a potential Halt that will possibly be lifted when they potentially relelase their own guidance later.
If the possible Halt is actually placed, investors shouldn't be worried because the possible leak is potentially of no concern.
.10 cents by Sept 25, right?
