Exactly my frustration. We barely move up on a no risk $10 Billion award and go down for absolutely no reason. To me, this says frustrated shareholder base unloading to either hoard cash or move to U.S. Unicorns with ridiculous P/E valuations but providing shareholder returns nonetheless.
