They are a just a facade company so I will not bother posting too many details on this shell.

First off, do not confuse them with a multitude of other ``Ident`` named companies. Their California registered legal name is Ident LLC and nothing more.

They were registered this year and their only address of record is the registering lawyers office. None of the so called principals on record show any meaningful connection to this entity. Example being, their so called prime global salesman of record lives in Hawaii and sells Hilton vaction packages for a living.



Everything that I uncovered a while ago led me to believe that they are nothing more than a self-serving creation. I guess if Little Johnny wants to appear popular but the neighbourhood kids won`t play with him, then he can just create imaginary friends in his own bedroom. Now what some people may tend to wonder is why Little Johnny felt the need to go this route
