Disagree with your idea that paying dividend it an idiotic idea. Trey tells the market for quite some time that he has completed his goals already for 2020. Just look at Metalla royalty. Ely can also start paying a low dividend. Trey can announce a date. They have positive CF.

This stock needs some excitement. The SP has collapsed almost 50% from the ATH (which was very impressive). That is very unusual for a royalty company. Trey could easily start doing some M&A. Consolidation needs to happen in the royalty industry.
