... and it's the comparison with the USA which has clearly responded with impressive urgency. It looks like Canada is really just treading water waiting for the US or China or the UK to solve this problem.
The bar was set really high with Moderna/Oxford and nothing else is coming close to matching that, its revolutionary what those guys have achieved, its near impossible to be judged against that.

Best thing to do is to contact IMV and ask hard questions. Otherwise mngmnt is not held accountable. They generally responded promptly. 

My instinct is still this is Canadian bureaucracy at it's worst.
