Manipulation on July 1st, I don’t think so.! My understanding is that they had to register their shares on Nasdaq which they did 42 days past July 1, on August 13

Yes this is the one day manipulation that occurred on the NAS when most shares were held on TSX and closed Canada Day. These thieves will use any advantage to grab your money. Be warned!!
