Gunnison Copper Corp., formerly Excelsior Mining Corp., is a copper development company. The Company operates in Cochise County, Arizona, and is focused on delivering pure copper cathode into the United States domestic supply chain. The Company’s projects include Gunnison Copper Project, the Johnson Camp Mine, and a portfolio of exploration projects, including the Peabody Sill and the Strong and Harris deposits, in Cochise County, Arizona. The Strong and Harris copper-zinc-silver deposit is located just 1.3 miles (2.4 kilometers) north of Gunnison Copper’s Johnson Camp SX-EW facility. The Gunnison Project which incorporates a large open pit of predominantly copper oxide mineralization approximately two kilometers south of Johnson Camp Mine (JCM). The Project is a copper cathode and is designed to produce around 167 million pounds of copper cathode annually.

I believe I am in a similar situation to you. I also added to my already huge position here. I couldn't get out even if I wanted to. I have lost all faith in management. What they said to you should have been expressed to all shareholders some time ago. I have no confidence in anything they say regarding getting production issues solved. In my recent conversations with the company, I heard that they expected to begin producion by end of 2020. Now I'm hoping for first half of 2021. Lack of insider buying, now we know the answer why. Do you, or anyone else know, when a dilutive stock offering would become necessary? I can only hope that the situation here is not far worse than described. If there were other serious issues, we would be the last to be told.
