The consolidation of the shares will be effective at the open tomorrow but they will remain halted.
There must be some kind of news to follow. At 1 for 145 trading at 6.5 cents they will be priced at $9.42 to start. They will just have to go to about $72 now to get back to the 50 cent range from last year.
After consolidation there will only be 1,013,203 shares outstanding initially but there is a filing active for the U.S. for which they have not given a price or number of shares. Presumably that will likely be the next news.
