RE:Arbitrage?Same with the debs, trading about half the conversion value. Has been that way for a few weeks, see my earlier posts.

The prefs are extremely illiquid, so that is a bit of an issue. And there was the risk the deal would not happen. But at this point, why someone wouldn't sell the shares and buy the deb/pref to hold until close on Monday is a mystery to me.
