some people are good at making pretty presentations....some are good at making things happen...Gibson was never the #1 IR at the companies she worked for....so maybe the former is her skill set (although would be nice to get them posted on the website in a timely manner - and yes, thats a shot)

So far, this has not turned out to be a great hire - no new analysts, no better reports from current analysts...a compalete dumpster fire around the announcement...although I blame Dubuc and Paul much more than her...
