Warrants can be sold by anyone that bought the private placement but you were definitely implying that Insiders were selling so you can create some fear around the stock.
Cmon let's me serious here.
Why don't you go on SEDI next time before you post something on Insider Activity so people can take you seriously. It's public information and very easy to navigate
