RE:Update: TSX and NASDAQ listing

RE:Update: TSX and NASDAQ listingAn informative post from February.

Thanks, Resilience19.

The TSX uplist should be any time now.

Then the news can flow.

Resilience19 wrote: I reached out to IR to it straight from the horse's mouth and got the following regarding a TSX graduation from the TSXV as well as regarding a potential NASDAQ listing:
On TSX "...the company still needs to hit certain requirements such as 7 board members and financial controls which would be completed at the June 2020 AGM at the very minimum. We would then need to go through the application process which could take a couple of months after that. Were not putting any specific deadlines on the uplist and are working towards doing one as soon as we can." On NASDAQ.: "A NASDAQ dual-listing was considered and well be doing a TSX uplist first and see how that goes. At this time its very expensive to list on the NASDAQ because of expenses such as insurance which is upwards of $1M / year. This did not seem worth it to us as were being treated fine on the TSX." So, more likely looking at a September TSX listing and trying to guess NASDAQ, at this point, would be pure speculation.
