Firstly you can't put an ignore on any of the posters on here and secondly I'm not a basher I'm a realist, I want the succeed I've got a vested interest in it so I want it to succeed but unfortunately the way i see it is its doomed with the non-dynamiv duo at the tip of the management tree, doomed
