Anything under $50 not good news for Shareholders.IMHO....  That's why I'm sticking with the Preferreds,  I get paid crazy Yields while holding.  Dividends on Preferreds are not going to be cut.     If they do, it would be viewed like a default on paying DEBT.    If that happens, Commons will take a NOSE DIVE.  

But it's not going to happen.  

At any rate, Preferreds are Cummulative.
