RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Getting Ready to Buy more Preferreds... ~10% Yields !!!Agree with you partially.   Yes, very illiquid and upside limited to upside of interest rates and $25.   Interest rates looks like they are not going up for at least 3-5 years.

Commons, hugely Volatile and very liquid.... as such can make a lot of $$$$ if you are a good trader.

Preferreds, it's easy.  Just buy and you get 10% Yield!    No worries if reason you bought is to collect dividends, since then objective is to hold.    Liquidity not much of a concern.
