RE:RE:RE:RE:could it beAs I stated before my gut instinct was that the gov approval was holding this up. I got it confirmed by IMV that indeed that is the case and there is nothing they can do about it, but wait.

I have no reason to doubt a private company when it comes to gov bureaucracy. 
I am wondering if Canadian government is undermining home research for it's own political agenda, it would not surprise me in the least.  Phase 1 is not that complicated.
