Why do you think they called you? Even if you are a large shareholder
(I do not know if you are or not) they would not have your phone number. Did you ever have a meeting with the senior management? Obviously, they have your contact information on file.

Does anybody know if the senior management get preliminary voting information (how many yeses vs no's) or do they only find out when voting is over?
