It has received Investigational New Drug Application authorization from the United States Food and Drug Administration to conduct clinical studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CardiolRx in two diseases affecting the heart.

Thank you, NewFan, that helps a great deal. If things keep going in their favour, a Nasdaq listing is quite possible, not sure what the criteria are, but it would sure allow exposure to a wider investor base.
There are reminiscences of GWPH and MYOK here in their early days!
