Do you guys remember michael carlotti? Scott fired him last year and he's now the CFO at Cura. He was fired right before the Folium RTO. Why? most likely as the CFO he was against it.

Now imagine if Carlotti left on good terms, we wouldve signed with Cura ages ago!
