les decisions des tribunaux qui emanent de la LACC sont rendues par des juges de la Cour Superieure du Quebec; lesquels juges sont nommes par le Gouvernement Federal.  Ces juges de la Cour Superieure du Quebec siegent partout au Quebec. Ils sont nommes par Ottawa. 

Pour votre information : ce sont les memes juges de la Cour Superieure du Quebec qui, par exemple, prononcent les divorces au Quebec en vertu de la Loi Federale sur le divorce; alors que le mariage est de juridiction provincial.  C est simple !
